How can I find an Aldo product that I am looking for?

Simply enter the style name or number in the search box at the top right of the page. Don’t have a specific style in mind? Use our top navigation to browse our categories. Use the filters on our category pages to help you narrow down options in your size, color and price range.

What are our return and exchange policy?

We allow to refund and exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase for unworn or when you return it in original condition, and packaging. You may return or exchange the item for the transaction performed at Aldo Singapore stores or via only.


  • No sale item may be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • Gift card cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • In the interest of hygiene, earrings will not be refunded or exchanged at any time.

Items that do not meet the requirements for return and exchange will not be processed. Aldo Singapore reserves all rights and decision shall be final. Should you require further assistance on your case, kindly chat with us from Monday to Friday, 10am-5pm or email to our Customer Care.

How can I return my order?

You may return online orders at any Aldo store or bear the shipping charges to have your order courier back to our facility. If your transaction is performed in the store, it can only be returned in store.

You may visit any of the boutique stores to perform a return. Simply flash the e-receipt from your phone at the cashier counter to have your return and exchange processed. Our fashion associates will evaluate the conditions of the item(s). Locate a store now

  • All Departmental Stores (Robinson Heeren, Takashimaya, and Tangs Orchard)

You will receive an email on refund confirmation shortly after it has been approved by our fashion associate. Do check your junk mail folders just in case it didn’t appear in your inbox.

Returns Via Courier

To initiate your return, simply log in to My Account, go to Purchase History and click on the return link. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click on Submit and an email notification will be sent to you. Simply follow the detailed instruction in the email on how you can proceed.

How can I exchange my order?

If you are not fully satisfied with your items visit one of our store locations and our associate will help you find the style or size that’s right for you. You will be entitled to exchange any items equivalent to the value of the original item. If the exchange item is higher value than the original, payments will be required for the balance amount due. If exchanged item value is lower than the original item, there will be no refunds of remaining value.

How to track your order?

You will be redirected to our designated courier service provider website. To track your order, please enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Kindly take note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
Alternatively, you may login to view your updated order status under Order History in My Account page. If you have made a guest purchase, this service will not be available

I just placed an order online, when will I receive it?

Kindly allow 1-2 business days for handling time before our appointed courier service provider delivers your parcel within 3 business days.

Protecting your shoes is a vital step in ensuring that they last for all your upcoming occasions. We carry a vast array of shoe care products from water resistance sprays to cleaning wipes to polishing solutions for leather and suede. The right product for you will depend on the material of your shoes. If you like some expert advice on which care product to use, bring your shoes to our nearest Aldo store for a more personalized recommendation.

can i change or cancel my order?

Yes, you may remove the items from your shopping bag if the orders have not been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel if your order has been placed. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make at Aldo Singapore. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for our customers.
