How can I find an Aldo product that I am looking for?
Simply enter the style name or number in the search box at the top right of the page. Don’t have a specific style in mind? Use our top navigation to browse our categories. Use the filters on our category pages to help you narrow down options in your size, color and price range.
What are our return and exchange policy?
We allow refunds and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be processed. You may return or exchange your item for transactions performed at Aldo Singapore stores or via aldoshoes.com.sg only.
Sale merchandise may be exchanged within the exchange period but are not eligible for returns.
e-Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
In the interest of hygiene, earrings will not be refunded or exchanged at any time.
Items that do not meet the requirements for return and exchange will not be processed. Aldo Singapore reserves all rights and decision shall be final.

How can I return my order?
For online orders, you may enjoy a free return at any Aldo store or mail back the item(s) to our facility. All return shipping charges via courier are fully borne by customer.
To initiate your return, simply log in to My Account, go to Purchase History and click on the return link. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click on Submit and an email notification will be sent to you. Do check your junk mail folders just in case it didn’t appear in your inbox.
Free Return In-store
1. Simply flash this email to our Fashion associate at any of the Aldo stores^ and hand over the item(s) to complete the return process. ^with the exception of Aldo Changi City Point store.
2. Please note refunds will only be accepted if shoe soles remain in the original condition.
3. No sale item may be returned at any time. In the interest of hygiene, earring will not be refunded at any time.
Return via Courier
1. Order is to be shipped to the address below. Please indicate your return number on the parcel *No adhesive sticker or markings are allowed on Aldo packaging
2. All return shipping charges are fully borne by customer.
3. Please note refunds will only be accepted if shoe soles remain in the original condition.
4. No sale item may be returned at any time. In the interest of hygiene, earring will not be returned at any time.
5. Aldo Singapore will not be held responsible for any damage and loss of items during transit. In case of dispute, Aldo Singapore’s decisions on returns are final.
How can I exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your items visit one of our store locations and our associate will help you find the style or size that’s right for you. You will be entitled to exchange any items equivalent to the value of the original item. If the exchange item is higher value than the original, payments will be required for the balance amount due. If exchanged item value is lower than the original item, there will be no refunds of remaining value.
How to track your order?
You will be redirected to our designated courier service provider website. To track your order, please enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Kindly take note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
Alternatively, you may login to view your updated order status under Order History in My Account page. If you have made a guest purchase, this service will not be available.

For ship-to-store, your order will be ready for collection within 5-7 business days.
For standard delivery, your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

Yes, you may remove the items from your shopping bag if the orders have not been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel if your order has been placed.
