Ordering

How can I place an order?

You may add an item into your shopping bag, when you see an item that interests you. After which, you may continue shopping till you are ready to checkout. Click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the screen, it will direct you to the checkout page. You have the options to checkout your items through account sign up or by guest. Select your preferred delivery method whether is it to your designated location or to store. You will be redirected to our appointed payment gateway where payment will be processed via PayPal. You will receive an email on order confirmation shortly after your payment has been processed.


How will I know if my order went through?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after you complete the checkout process. Do check your junk mail folders just in case it didn’t appear at your inbox. Kindly chat with us or email our Customer Care, if you receive no email confirmation within the next 24 hours.


When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days, after which it will be delivered to your door step within 2 business days.


Can I change or cancel my orders?

Yes, you may remove the items from your shopping bag if the orders have not been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel if your order has been placed. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make at Aldo Singapore. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for our customers.
